What is a Maintenance Plan? 

          Proactive quarterly maintenance designed to keep your home safe, efficient, and well-maintained year-round without the stress of climbing ladders or keeping track of seasonal chores.

Why would a client want or need this?

          This is a great plan for first time home owners, the elderly, those with limited mobility, busy home owners, and landlords.

First time homeowners: Join the handyman while he completes the walkthrough to learn about your home and how to maintain it or sit back and relax and wait for the report.  We encourage homeowners to partner with us in maintaining your home and become self-sufficient in this aspect.

Elderly and limited mobility clients: Your home is where you feel safe and it should stay that way. We can maintain this space for you with regular checks and maintenance. From there, we can do individual projects to help with accessiblity issues at a discounted rate.

Busy homeowners: Maybe you know how to maintain your home but you don't have the time. Let us do it for you.

Landlords: Renters occupying your property may not understand the ins and outs of maintaining it.  Let the handyman take over that aspect. Quarterly, scheduled checks and maintenance can alert you to any issues with the property or the renters neglect before it becomes a big issue.

No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime. If you keep an active Maintenance Plan under contract for 1 year continually, you maintain the discounts for life as long as you live in that home! *This is not transferable to new owners.

What's Included Every Quarter:

• Quarterly Home Walk-Throughs: The Handyman will walk through your home, attic, crawlspace, and other accessible areas to check for common problems such as water leaks, blown light bulbs, safety concerns, misaligned doors, stuck windows, or specific issues you've pointed out as common pain points. From there, a home health concerns list will be created to list potential issues along with a mitigation plan and quote.

• Free HVAC Main Filter Replacement: This keeps your air clean and system running efficiently. (Specialty filters, fridge or water filters available at material cost upon request).

• 1 Free Hour of Labor every quarter: Included during each quarterly visit for minor tasks while on-site—such as light bulb or fire alarm battery replacements, squeaky doors, crooked cabinet doors, sticky drawers, picture hanging, etc (specialty fixtures such as "can lights" at material cost). Whatever the home owner needs that has minor material cost and only takes one hour or less.

• Yearly Seasonal Maintenance: Water heater draining, clearing leaves from gutters, dryer trap deep clean, and HVAC condensate line cleanout will be completed once a year. Other specialty appliance, fixture, or property aspects can be discussed and negotiated as well.

*The Yearly Seasonal Maintenance will take the place of the 1 Free Hour of Labor for that visit.
